Bubbles & Brunch with Phil Vickery

Yesterday me and my sister were so excited to be attending the JML Bubbles and & Brunch event held at the Good Housekeeping institute in Soho London, where Phil Vickery would be cooking up some delicious food for us to sample, as I am sure you will know Phil is a Celebrity Chef who has been working with ITV's This Morning for many years.

On arrival we were greeted with some drinks and a chance to have a look at the new products by JML which are the Grill Circle and the Copper Stone Pans.  Next we were given a talk by Ken Daly the CEO of JML,  he told us some very interesting facts of how the company was founded by John Mills in the basement of his house in Camden town in 1986 and how JML has become a recognised household brand.

Grill Circle & Copper stone Pans

I have had my eye on the copper Stone Pans as not only do they look very stylish, they also have amazing technology.  The heat is distributed evenly so the food will cook quicker, plus the triple layer non stick ceramic surface is scratch resistant and hard wearing so it will last.

Phil Vickery cooked some sausages in them and because of them being non stick no oil was needed, making cooking with them a great choice as food is more healthy and enjoyable. We were lucky enough to come away with the 20cm Copper Stone Pan which I am super excited about and I can't wait to use it. They also come in sizes 24cm, 28cm ranging from £19.99 to £29.99 they can be found at www.jmldirect.com

Phil Vickery making some Prawn burgers using the Grill Circle, this is a very clever piece of equipment as it has different cooking zones so you can cook more than one food at a time. You can grill, saute, boil, steam, fry and BBQ and fondue.

Here Phil is making some Japanese Grilled Marinated Salmon, this was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. On the other Grill Circle, Phil has some Pork cooking.  It is grilled healthy as the unique concave design drains away all the unhealthy fat into a removable drip tray below. The Grill Circle has an adjustable temperature function with five different heat settings to allow for maximum control of your cooking, the stay cool handles means it can be taken straight to the dinner table, so food can be kept warm and served.

The Grill Circle is also non stick making it very easy to clean and that is always good news.
The Grill Circle is £69.99 or the Deluxe package for £79.99 both can be found at www.jmldirect.com

Tasty food on the day
