Chocolate Cornflake Cakes

We have been buying a few of these lately, so we decided we would have a go at making them...they were fun and very easy to make.

Ingredients
300g Milk Cooking Chocolate
Cornflakes
Mini eggs to decorate

Step 1 break the chocolate into chunks, then microwave until the chocolate is melted, this is very quick, just keep checking to make sure you do not burn it, or you can melt the chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat.

Step 2 pour the melted chocolate into a bowl, then add the cornflakes, best to add a handful at a time and stir.

Step 3 when all the cornflakes are covered in chocolate, spoon into some cupcake cases..then decorate with a mini egg..then put in the fridge to set.

We managed to make 12 Cornflakes cupcakes, my son really enjoyed making these.
