#wobbleswednesday

I really wish i had good news to report, my exercise didn't go to plan as i have been feeling run down, everyone i know has either had coughs and colds or getting over them....i have found myself tucking into some naughty foods...this has caused me to gain a little extra weight...i do feel abit disappointed with myself as we are 6 weeks in and i haven't done as well as i could have..the calorie counting completely stopped, my motivation seems to be abit up and down at the moment...

I am going to go back to counting calories as this does seem to make a huge difference, and make an effort to fit in a couple of workouts.

I will pop over to Kate at The naked mum to see how everyone is getting on, wishing you all a fab week xx

  1. I've not been counting my calories either, and although I've tried to keep track in my head, the calorie counter app definitely helps me keep on track, so I need to download it on my new phone and get going again! Good luck for next week x

  4. Not telling you how to do it but will share Slimming World guidelines that help me. Fill 2 thirds of plate with fruit or veg. Eat as much rice, pasta and noodles as you like. Eat as much fish as you like. Eat meat if all visible fat removed from it. Hope that might help a bit. You will find the right path for you and sometimes it is not the time to lose for all manner of reasons. You have nothing to prove. It's a journey and sometimes a frustrating one

  5. Agree with kateonthinice above - don't worry too much about the calorie counting if you've lost your mojo, just fill up over half your plate with vegetables or salad before you serve yourself with the higher calorie stuff. Good luck for next week xx
