Healthy Marzipan Balls

This is a sweet treat for those moments when you fancy something sweet.

Makes 20 small balls or 12 larger ones.

80g ground Almonds
2 tablespoons Manuka honey or honey you prefer to use
1-2 teaspoons of water
Ground cinnamon

Knead all ingredients together to make a smooth mass

Form small balls and roll them into the ground cinnamon.

I like to pop these in the fridge as they taste nicer when cold.
