On the right track


Last week I decided to start using the fitness pal app again..Its has been great seeing how any calories i consume,  i am terrible for snacking, so it has help me get a handle on this, plus i can enter any activity i do, and this gives me some extra calories.

I haven't managed as much exercise as i would have liked, as i have been in pain from physio, i have managed to walk more which is good as i love walking.

I have decided not to enter my weight into the fitness pal app as when i convert it i seem abit lighter, so i am going to stick to weighing myself on my scales at home in stones.

I am going to be very brave and list my weight.
Last week i weighed in at 11.7
today                               11.3 so this week i have had a total loss of 4 pounds.Whoooo hoooo
Since joining Kate from The Naked Mum on #wobbleswednesday  I have lost a total of 5 pounds.
I am really happy with this, i hope to reach my goal by the summer.

Things that i have been doing this week are adding extra vegetables to my meals, i have also found that drinking more water has helped.

I am looking forward to seeing how everyone else has done this week.

  3. Well done, yes i agree its a pain that fitness pal app is in kilos. I go by my scales in stones and pounds too. Xx
