My Family's Favourite
Dolmio pasta sauce 500g £1.80
Lean Lamb mince 500g £3.00
Linguine pasta 250g £0.95
Sometimes i add fresh mushrooms and tomatoes.
Place the mince into a saucepan add a tiny drop of water to stop the meet from sticking, cook until brown, drain the fat that comes out of the mince, add the pasta sauce and leave on a medium/low heat, stirring occasionally.
In another saucepan put the pasta into boiling water, add a little oil to stop the pasta sticking together, boil for approx 10/12 minutes, then drain.
Plate up the pasta and add the meat.
