Chicken Stew #HalfTermFood Linky Challenge

Chicken Stew made with Aunte Bessies Dumplings
I decided to make this lovely stew as its getting colder outside, so i wanted a nice warming healthy dish.
This will feed a Family of 5/ 6  you will need 3 Breasts of chicken, Sml Packet of Baby Potatoes,1 Onion Chopped,4 tablespoons of red Lentils,4 Carrots,1 Leak chopped,4 Brussels,3 Chicken Stock Cubes,1 packets of Aunt Bessies Dumplings,1packet of Noodles.

Step 1) Chop all vegetables.
Step 2)  Fill a large saucepan with cold water and place the chicken in, bring to the boil, then simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the froth that comes to the top of  the pan, and check chicken is white in the middle. If so. It is cooked.
Step 3)  Also in a seperate saucpan place the lentils in boiling water and bring to the boil, let simmer for 10 mins.
Step 4)  Put all Chopped Vegetables and lentils in with the chicken add 3 stock cubes and 1 pack of Aunt Bessies dumplings and cook for 25 minutes then add the noodles and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

To finish off, have a nice slice of Aunt Bessies jam roly poly with icecream.
