Halloween Cupcakes

Halloween Cupcakes Ingredients
4oz Self Raising Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4oz Stork Margarine
4oz Caster Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Milk
2 Medium Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
This makes approx 12 cupcakes

Equipment
Mixing Bowl
Kitchen Scales
Wooden spoon
Cupcake cases
Muffin tray
Hand/electric whisk
Teaspoon & Tablespoon

1st step preheat the oven gas mark 5
2 put all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix with a wooden spoon or an electric whisk
3 place cupcake cases into the muffin tray
4 using a tablespoon half fill the cases with the cupcake mix
5 bake for approx 20/25 minutes until golden brown.
6 When cooked place on a wire rack to cool down.

Once the cupcakes have cooled you can decorate with your choice of decorations.
I have chosen jelly sweets by Haribo, Spooky Ghosts/Horror mix and ready to roll icing to make the spider and the pumpkin.

The kids with have a great time decorating the cakes.
